Ministry of Environment charges against Brighton’s Water Pollution Control Plant being a subject regarding litigation or potential litigation matters before administrative tribunals affecting the municipality or local board, pursuant to Section 239 (2) (e) of the Municipal Act, 2001, as amended; and receiving advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose, pursuant to Section 239 (2) (f) of the Municipal Act, 2001, as amended; and 2. A report from the CAO regarding labour relations being a subject regarding labour relations or employee negotiations, pursuant to Section 239 (2)(d) of the Municipal Act, 2001, as amended; and 3. Possible property acquisition and disposition, being a proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality or local board, pursuant to Section 239 (2) (c) of the Municipal Act, 2001, as amended; and 4. A report from the CAO regarding CUPE Collective Agreement Negotiations being a subject regarding labour relations or employee negotiations, pursuant to Section 230(2)(d) of the Municipal Act, 2001, as amended.
