20150710 Council Meeting

That Council approves the agenda for the July 10, 2015 Special Council meeting, as presented.

That Council defers the update on the work of GSS Engineering to the Council meeting of July 20, 2015.

That Council directs staff to prepare a report including financial implications to resurface the portion of driveway between Sections A and B; resurface the portion of driveway between Sections B and D; reconfigure, reconstruct, resurface and place barriers (boulders) on the driveway South of Section B that runs to the East of Section D.

That Council refers the matter of the levy on trucks to OSR to staff for a report.

That Council now moves into Closed Session to consider: 1. A matter under Section 239.2(f) advice that is subject to solicitor- client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose; and under Section 239.2(b) personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees

To give direction to the solicitor.

That Council adjourns the closed session and returns to open session.

That Council gives a By-Law its first, second and third reading and finally passes this date: A By-Law of the Municipality of Brighton being a by-law to confirm the proceedings of the Council of the Municipality of Brighton meeting held on July 10, 2015

That this meeting of the Municipality of Brighton Council be adjourned at 2:42 p.m. Council to meet again on July 20, 2015 or at the Call of the Mayor
