20151028 Council Meeting

That Council add to the agenda a matter subject to solicitor client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose and a personal matter about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees.

That Council move agenda item 4.1 from closed into open session.

That Council directs that the record of the meeting on September 30, 2015 between the Municipality and the MOE be circulated to all of Council as soon as possible before October 5, 2015.

That Council now moves into closed session to consider: 1. Raivo Uukkivi, Cassels Brock & Jeff Graham, GSS Engineering, to discuss a matter being a subject regarding litigation or potential litigation, affecting the municipality pursuant to Section 239(2)(e) of the Municipal Act, 2001, as amended; and advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose pursuant to Section 239(2)(f) of the Municipal Act, 2001, as amended. 2. A matter subject to solicitor client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose and a personal matter about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees.

That Council extends this meeting to its natural conclusion.

That Council adjourns the closed session and returns to open session.
