That Council approves the agenda for the December 1, 2015 Council meeting, as presented.

That Council amend the Operational Plan, in the event of staff departures such that roles identified in the Plan are vacant, on an emergency basis only, Council shall be appointed to fill any vacant roles until such time the positions are permanently filled or until such time an outside agency is retained by Brighton to fulfil vacant positions of the roles identified in the Operational Plan
