Committee of Adjustment

That the Committee of Adjustment approve the Thursday. September 19th, 2024 Agenda as presented or amended.

That the Committee of Adjustment approve the Minutes from the August 13, 2024 meeting as presented or amended.

1. That the Staff Report from the Planning and Development Department dated September 19, 2024, concerning a Minor Variance Application (A07-2024) for the lands municipally known as 149 Evergreen Lane be received; 2. That the Committee decision permits the following: a. The location of a 2-storey accessory structure as shown on Schedule 1 attached to this decision; and, b. A maximum height of 6.2m for the accessory building, as shown on Schedule 1. 3. That the subject Minor Variance Application (A07-2024) for the lands described as 149 Evergreen Lane be authorized and approved subject to the following condition(s): a. That the eavestroughs and downspouts be designed with eaves to control and direct drainage away from the neighbouring properties or to appropriate drainage outlets in the opinion of the Manager of Infrastructure and ensuring a non-encroachment from fascia or eaves. b. That the 20-day appeal period to the Committee’s decision shall lapse prior to the issuance of a Building Permit.
