Community Events Advisory Committee

That the Community Events and Civic Awards Advisory Committee approve the Agenda for the April 12, 2022 meeting as presented or amended.

That the Committee appoint Lloyd Hutchinson to the Tornado Task Force.

That the Committee will purchase two 10 X 10 pop-up tents for $479.98.

That the Committee will purchase cake and cutlery for $500, Book Ian Roy and Downbeat for music entertainment for $900, rent several bouncy castles, popcorn machine and snow cone machine for $5,254.50, hire a face painter for $150, hire a Balloon person for $300, make a donation to the Cadets for $300, and hire a fireworks company for $9,000.
