That the Community Events and Civic Awards Advisory Committee approve the election of Lloyd Hutchinson as the Chair of the Committee.

That the Community Events and Civic Awards Advisory Committee approve the election of Sherry Burkitt as the Vice Chair of the Committee.

That the Community Events and Civic Awards Advisory Committee approve the Agenda for the February 4, 2020 meeting as presented or amended.

That the Community Events and Civic Awards Committee approve the Minutes from the December 10, 2019 meeting as presented or amended.

That the Community Events and Civic Awards Committee February 04, 2020 Municipality of Brighton Community Events & Civic Awards Advisory Committee Page 2 of 4 approves spending $3084.90 to Contract Bouncers are us and the Committee approves spending $750.00 to rent a tent from the Smithfield-Carmen United Church.

That the Community Events and Civic Awards Committee resolve itself into Closed Session February 4, 2020 at 5:30 p.m., pursuant to the Ontario Municipal Act, 2001 Subsection 239 (2): (b) personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees; debate/selection of music and entertainment for Committee related events.

That Community Events and Civic Awards Advisory Committee rise and report from Closed Session February 4, 2020 at 5:45 p.m.

That the Community Events and Civic Awards Committee adjourn the February 4, 2020 meeting at 5:52 p.m.
