That Council receive delegation from students Elena De Luca and Grace Veenstra from ENSS Environmental Club, regarding Earth Day, Monday April 22, 2024 being held in Brighton Memorial Park.

That Council receive the 2023 Fourth Quarter Work Plan Report for information.

That Council receive staff report "Travel, Conference and General Expenses Policy"; That all members of Council and staff traveling outside of Ontario to attend conferences must be approved by Council; And further, that Councillor Wheeldon and Mayor Ostrander may attend one out of Province Conference for calendar year 2024.

That Council receive staff report "Reschedule Council Meeting for Conferences and March Break"; and further That Council approve rescheduling the Regular Council and Council Planning Meetings for the following dates:  March 11th Council Planning meeting to March 18th  March 18th Regular Council meeting to March 25th  June 10th Council Planning meeting to June 17th  June 17th Regular Council meeting to June 24th  August 19th Regular Council meeting to August 12th  August 21st Council Planning meeting to August 14th

That Council receive staff report "Replacement of 413 Tandem Truck" ; and further, That Council approve the purchase of a new tandem truck to replace existing unit 413.

That Council receive staff report "Grant Opportunities for Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Infrastructure"; informing Council of the Charged for Change Grant Program administered through Aviva Canada and the EV ChargeOn Grant Program administered through the Ministry of Transportation of Ontario to bring electric vehicle charging infrastructure to the Municipality of Brighton through potentially 75% to 100% funding opportunities.

That Council receive staff report "2024 Food Services Lease for King Edward Park" for information; and further, That Council approve the Food Services Lease for King Edward Park for the 2024 season.

That Council gives a bylaw its first, second and third reading and finally passes on this date: Being a By-law to authorize the approval of the 2024 Salary Grid for the Non-Union Employee Group. That Council gives a bylaw its first, second and third reading and finally passes on this date: Being a By-law to provide for an Interim Tax Levy for 2024 and to provide for the Payment of Taxes and to provide for Penalty and Interest.

That Council received recommendation from Committee of the Whole and approve the 2024 Grants and Aid requests.

That Council receive recommendation from the Applefest Steering Committee to direct staff to enact a Pet By-law prohibiting pets at all locations of the Applefest Event; and further, That Council refer recommendation to staff to investigate the possibility of the creation of a bylaw and report back to Council for the March meeting.

That Council receive the Lower Trent Conservation Authority Draft Board meeting minutes December 14, 2023.

That Council receive the Curling Club December 18, 2023 meeting minutes as presented.

That Council receive or support the request from ENSS Environmental Club, to waive or reduce fees for the rental of the Memorial Park for the "Earth Day" event Monday April 22, 2024.

That Council receive or support resolution from Township of Georgian Bluffs regarding Social and Economic Prosperity Review.

That Council receive the Think Tiny Homes Northumberland newsletter for information.

That Council receive the December 25, 2023 to January 5, 2024 Northumberland County Updates and Northumberland County Council News January publication as information.

That Council receive Supper's Ready Brighton, thank you letter and confirmation of donation of $5,000.0 from 2023 Budget.

That Council gives a bylaw its first, second and third reading and finally passes on this date: being a bylaw to confirm the proceedings of the Corporation of the Municipality of Brighton Council meeting held on February 5, 2024.
