That the April 15, 2024 agenda be amended to add to the Closed Session agenda an item pursuant to the Ontario Municipal Act, R.SO. 2001, subsection 239(2) (c) a proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality or local board; Purchase of Land Agreement.

That Council approve the April 15, 2024 Council agenda as amended.

That Council adopt the April 2, 2024 Council meeting minutes as presented.

That Council adopt the April 8, 2024 Council Planning meeting minutes as presented.

That Council receive the delegation from Elva Strome, Children's Games Coordinator (Volunteer) and Karen White, Bay of Quinte Relay for Life Director (Volunteer) - Bay of Quinte Relay for Life.

That Council receive presentation from Dug Stevenson, Executive Director, Bay of Quinte overview of the 2023-2024 Fiscal Year.

That Council receive staff report Sponsorship/Donation Policy; and, That Council review and approve the Sponsorship/Donation Policy; and further, That Council direct staff to implement the policy into daily operations

That Council authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute a Memorandum of Understanding - Regional Recruitment as attached hereto.

That Council gives a bylaw its first, second and third reading and finally passes on this date: Being a by-law to appoint a Chief Administrative Officer for the Corporation of the Municipality of Brighton - Elana Arthurs

That Council receive the Brighton Public Library Board February 28, 2024 meeting minutes as presented.

That Council support County of Prince Edward resolution regarding 'a call to action' to meet the deadline of an Accessible Ontario by 2025.

That Council resolve into Closed Session April 15, 2024 at p.m., pursuant to the Ontario Municipal Act, R.S.O. 2001, as amended, Subsection 239 (2)  (k) position, plan, procedure, criteria or instruction to be applied to any negotiations

That Council rise and report from Closed Session April 15, 2024 at 7:40 p.m.: Item 1 – Approval of the Closed Session minutes April 8, 2024, procedural motion to approve the minutes was voted on in closed session. Item 2 – position, plan, procedure, criteria or instruction to be applied to any negotiations

That the confidential instructions in Closed Session April 15, 2024 regarding a Medical Services Funding Agreement and a Purchase of Land Agreement for 21 Kingsley Avenue be approved.

That Council gives a bylaw its first, second and third reading and finally passes on this date: being a bylaw to confirm the proceedings of the Corporation of the Municipality of Brighton Council meeting held on April 8, 2024.

That the April 15, 2024 Council meeting adjourn at 7:42 p.m.
