Council PLANNING Meeting

That Council approves the agenda for the February 13, 2017 Council Planning meeting as presented.

That Council receive the report dated February 13, 2017 regarding Consent B01/2017 - Al Vanderlaan Building Products Ltd., and That the Council of the Municipality of Brighton grants Provisional Consent to application B01/2017, subject to the following conditions: 1. That the parcel to be severed be added as a lot addition to and merge in title with the property having the civic address 11 Loyalist Drive and Municipal Roll No. 1408 108 060 293-11; 2. That all taxes on the severed and retained parcels be in compliance with Municipal requirements prior to the deed being stamped; and 3. That three paper copies and a digital copy of a registerable survey and the appropriate deeds be prepared and deposited with the Municipal Clerk within one year of the granting of consent.

That Council receive the report dated February 13, 2017 regarding Rezoning Application Z01/2017 (Clitherow), and That Council enacts a By-law to rezone certain lands located in Part Lot 3, Concession 8, RP38R3502, Part of Part 2 of the Municipality of Brighton from ‘Agriculture Exception No.1 (A-1) Zone’ to ‘Rural Residential (RR) Zone’.

That Council receive the report dated February 13, 2017 regarding Rezoning Application Z26/2016 (Mills/Lone Pine), and That Council enacts a By-law to rezone certain lands located at 435 Old Wooler Road, Concession 5, Part Lot 34 in the Municipality of Brighton from Agricultural Exception No. One (A-1) Zone to Agricultural Exception No. 2 (A-2) Zone and Open Space (OS) Zone. The existing Environmental Protection (EP) Zone and Resource Reserve Area Zone on the subject lands will remain unchanged.

That Council authorize the Mayor and Clerk to sign the agreement with Dr. Stryuts which will bring her to Brighton for seven years to practice medicine.

That Council authorize the Mayor and Clerk to sign the agreement with Brighton Health Services Centre for the purchase of the building located at 170 Main Street. That Council gives a By-law its first, second and third reading and finally passes this date: Being a By-law under the provisions of Section 34 of the Planning Act, R. S. 0., 1990, to amend By-law No. 140-2002, as otherwise amended, of the Corporation of the Municipality of Brighton as it applies to certain lands located in South Part Lot 3, Concession 8, Part of Part 2, RP 38R 3502, in the Municipality of Brighton from the Agricultural Exception No. 1 (A-1) to Rural Residential (RR) Zone

That Council gives a By-law its first, second and third reading and finally passes this date: Being a By-law under the provisions of Section 34 of the Planning Act, R. S. 0., 1990, to amend By-law No. 140-2002, as otherwise amended, of the Corporation of the Municipality of Brighton as it applies to certain lands located in Part Lot 34, Concession 5, in the Municipality of Brighton from the Agricultural Exception No. 1 (A-1) to Open Space (OS) Zone and Agricultural Exception No. 2 (A-2) Zone

That Council gives a By-law its first, second and third reading and finally passes this date: A By-law to authorize the Mayor and the Clerk to execute an Agreement between Dr. Svetlana Stryuts and the Municipality of Brighton regarding the Provision of a Family Medical Practice for a Term of 7 Years.

That Council gives a By-law its first, second and third reading and finally passes this date: A By-law to authorize the Mayor and the Clerk to execute an Agreement between the Corporation of the Municipality of Brighton and the Brighton Health Services Centre for the purchase of 170 Main Street, Brighton .

That Council gives a By-law its first, second and third reading and finally passes this date a by-law to confirm the proceedings of the Council of the Municipality of Brighton meeting held on February 13, 2017.

That this meeting of the Municipality of Brighton Council be adjourned at 7:45 p.m. Council to meet again on Tuesday, February 21, 2017.
