That Council now moves into the Statutory public meeting pursuant to sections 34, 51 & 53 of the Planning Act, RSO 1990.

That Council receive the report dated February 12, 2018, Sharp Road, Lot 4 & 5, Phase 1, Brighton East Industrial Park, Zoning Amendment Application Z01/2018 (Gerow Propane); That the Planning, Building and Community Development Department report back to Council at such time as input from the public, commenting agencies and departments has been received and assessed.

That Council receives the Notice of Appeal pursuant to s. 38(4) of the Planning Act, The Corporation of the Municipality of Brighton By-law No. 127-2017 from Aird Berlis on behalf of 952849 Ontario Limited. That Council receives the memo regarding withdrawal of Consent Application B01-18, 179 Alexander Road, as information.

That Council receive the report dated February 12, 2018 regarding Consent Application B19/2017 (Semple/Pandachuck) and That Council of the Municipality of Brighton grant provisional consent to application B19/2017; subject to the following conditions: 1. That the retained and proposed new severed lots be rezoned from Urban Residential One (R1) to Urban Residential Two (R2); and 2. That cash-in-lieu of parkland in the amount of $500.00 be given to the Municipality; and 3. That all taxes on the severed and retained parcels be in compliance with Municipal requirements prior to the deed being stamped; and 4. That three paper copies and a digital copy of a registerable survey and the appropriate deeds be prepared and deposited with the Municipal Clerk within one year of the granting of consent.

That staff record hours spent in Applewood Meadows Subdivision and that staff recover costs from the Developer. That Council approve hiring of Rick Caddick as Fire Chief for the Municipality of Brighton, effective March1, 2018.

That Council receive the report February 12, 2018 regarding Industrial Park Purchase - extension of closing date, Lot 7, Shaling Nixon; and That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign Amendment to Agreement of Purchase and Sale.

That Council approve the hiring of a contract employee for the services of a Building Assistant on a temporary basis.
