That the Council approve the October 10, 2023 Council Planning meeting agenda as presented.

That Council receive the staff report dated October 10, 2023, regarding a Draft Official Plan Amendment to Section 3.8 – “Parks and Recreation” (see Attachment #1) & a Draft Parkland Dedication By-law (see Attachment #2); And That the draft planning documents be given Public Notice for the purposes of consultation in accordance with regulations under the Planning Act; And That the draft planning documents be posted on the Municipal website for purposes of public consultation; And That public and agency comments be brought forward to Council at the most available Council session, including revised by-laws (By-law to adopt an Official Plan Amendment and a Parkland Dedication By-law) as appropriate, for Council’s consideration; And That Council authorize staff to provide these By-laws to the development community for comments.
