Council PLANNING Meeting

That the Council amend the August 14, 2024 Planning meeting agenda to remove items 7.2 and 10.2 from the agenda.

That the Council approve the August 14, 2024 Planning meeting agenda as amended.

1)That Council receives the Staff Report regarding an application for Part Lot Control Exemption (PLC01-2024) as submitted by 2003603 Ontario Corp., pertaining to Block 58, Plan 39M-960; 2)That Council proceed to enact a By-law to designate certain lands, specifically described as Block 58, Plan 39M-960 not subject to Part Lot Control; 3)That Council instruct the Municipal Solicitor to register the Part-lot Control By-law as enacted and to prepare a transfer easement as applicable to Parts 1-7 shown on draft 39R-_____ prior to registration of the Part Lot Control By-law; and, 4)That Council resolves to receive and approve the Reference Plans 39R-____ for lands as being exempt from Part Lot Control, as illustrated and otherwise attached to this report.

That Council receive the Staff Report dated August 14, 2024, regarding the subject application for 406 County Road 64, being Zoning By-law Amendment Application File No. Z10-2023; And Further, That Council enacts a By-law (see by-law section of agenda) to revise the existing ‘Special Agricultural Exception No. 35 (A-35) Zone’ to establish new permitted uses and definitions.

That Council gives a bylaw its first, second and third reading and finally passes on this date: being a by-law under the provisions of Sections 50(5) and (7) of the Planning Act, R.S.O., 1990, Chapter P.13, as amended, designating certain lands situated in the Municipality of Brighton, specifically described as Block 58, Plan 39M-960, to not be subject to Part Lot Control

That Council gives a bylaw its first, second and third reading and finally passes on this date: being a by-law under the provisions of Section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O., 1990, to amend By-law No. 140-2002, as otherwise amended, of the Corporation of the Municipality of Brighton as it applies to the lands located at 406 County Road 64 legally described as Part of Lot 28, Concession B, being Part 1 on Registered Plan 39R-14014, Municipality of Brighton.

That Council resolve into Closed Session August 14, 2024 at 6:47 p.m., pursuant to the Ontario Municipal Act, R.S.O. 2001, as amended, Subsection 239 (2) (b) personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees; Encroachment.

That Council rise and report from Closed Session August 14, 2024 at 7:22 p.m. Item 1 – personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees; encroachment.

That the Planning Department Encroachment staff report be received.

That Council gives a by-law its first, second and third reading and finally passed on this date; being a by-law to confirm the proceeds of the Corporation of the Municipality of Brighton Planning meeting held on August 14, 2024.

That the August 14, 2024 Council Planning meeting adjourn at 7:24 pm.
