That the Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Committee approve the Minutes from the December 16, 2024 meeting as presented.

That the Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Committee recommend to Council that Council direct that Members of Council, Committees, and staff use the full name of the Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Committee and not the abbreviated version when referring to the Committee in all public facing verbal or written communications.
